Booking

A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation and you pay the deposit stated in your quote. The quote lists the price, the route, the hotels and the camp, and what is included. Prices are per person in euros, unless the quote says otherwise.

Tell us the correct names, ages of children, and any health or food needs before you book. We plan rooms, seats and meals from what you tell us.

Payment

The deposit amount is stated in your quote. The rest is paid before the tour starts, by card or in cash, as agreed in writing. If the rest is not paid on time, we may cancel the booking and keep the deposit, as set out in the cancellation policy.

Changes

You can ask to change the date, the route or the group size before the tour starts. We do what we can. A change may change the price. We confirm the new price in writing before we apply it. If we have to change a hotel or a camp for a reason outside our control, we book a stay of the same level and tell you at once.

On the tour

Follow the plan and the times your driver gives you. The driver may change the order of the stops for safety, weather or road closures. You are responsible for your passport, visa, travel insurance and any medicine you need. We strongly advise travel insurance for every trip.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the services listed in your confirmation: transport, driver-guide, stays and activities we booked for you. We are not responsible for flights, for delays caused by weather or road closures, or for loss of personal items. If something goes wrong on the tour, tell your driver at once so we can fix it while you are still travelling.
