Cancellation policy

If you cancel

Cancel more than 14 days before the tour starts: we refund your deposit in full, less any bank fees. Cancel 7 to 14 days before: we keep 50% of the deposit and refund the rest. Cancel less than 7 days before, or do not show up: the deposit is not refunded, because hotels and the camp have already been paid.

Tell us by email or WhatsApp. The date we receive your message is the cancellation date. We confirm the refund amount in writing within 2 working days.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel a tour for a reason outside our control, such as a road closure or a camp closure, we offer you another date, a different tour, or a full refund of what you paid us. We tell you as soon as we know.

Changes, not cancellations

If you want to move your tour to another date, tell us at least 14 days before the start. We move the booking at no cost if the new date is free. A change of date inside 14 days may cost the difference in hotel and camp prices. We confirm the cost in writing before we apply it.
