How Top Morocco Tours uses the details you send in an enquiry: name, email, phone, dates and group size. We never sell your details.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size and your message. That is what we need to answer you and plan your tour. We do not collect payment card details on this site. Card payments are handled by the payment provider you choose.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, send your quote, confirm your booking, and run your tour. We do not sell your details to anyone. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to answer you and to keep booking records. You can ask us at any time to delete your details from our enquiry inbox, unless we need to keep them for a booking that is still running or for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to contact@topmoroccotours.com and we reply within a few days.
